Using OutfitRating

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 13 years old.

What the score is

The score and the suggested swap are produced by an AI system. They are an opinion about how clothes go together, given for information and fun. They are not professional advice, they can be wrong, and the same photo can sometimes get a slightly different result. Use your own judgment and wear what you like.

Your photos

You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading one you give us permission to process it, including by sending it to an AI service, to produce your result. You promise that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that anyone clearly shown in it is fine with it being used this way.

Please upload only photos of clothes worn or laid out normally. Do not upload:

• nude images, or photos that focus on underwear or swimwear;
• photos of people without their permission, or photos of children;
• anything illegal or that you do not have the right to share;
• photos meant to swap faces or remove clothing.

Free checks and accounts

The service gives a limited number of free checks. Limits can differ for visitors and signed-in users and we may change them. You sign in with a link sent to your email, and you are responsible for keeping access to that email. Failed checks and photos that cannot be scored are not counted.

Buying packs of checks

When paid packs of checks are on sale, each pack is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The checks you buy do not expire, and they are used after your free checks. If we ever close the service, we will refund the checks you have not used.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the payment page before you pay, together with any tax that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. A price change never affects a pack you have already bought.

A check that fails, or a photo that cannot be scored, is not counted against your checks. You can ask for a refund of the checks you have not used within 7 days of a purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. We may refuse or cancel a purchase that looks like fraud or misuse.

Fair use

Please do not:

• use scripts or bots to send checks in bulk, or collect results automatically;
• try to get around the free-check limits;
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site;
• use the site to harass or embarrass anyone.

Our content

The text, design and guides on this site belong to us. You may quote a short part of them with a link back to the page. Please do not copy the site or its articles wholesale.

No promises about the service

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any result is accurate. We may change, limit or stop any part of it.

Limits of responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on a score or suggestion, including indirect or accidental loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the latest one.
