Refund Policy

Refunds within 7 days

If you buy a pack of checks and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of the purchase. We will refund the checks you have not used. You do not need to explain.

The refund for each unused check is the price you paid for it, which is the price of the pack divided by the number of checks in it. If you have not used any of the checks, you get the full price back. Checks you have already used are not refunded.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

Checks that fail

A check that fails, or a photo that cannot be scored, is not counted against your checks. If something goes wrong on our side, try again; if it keeps failing, email us.

How to ask

Email the address at the bottom of this page from the email address you used to buy, and say that you would like a refund. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
